Splashh’s psychedelic indie rock hits Rocksmith 2014

Be prepared Rocksmith fans, this is probably a band you’ve never heard of

Paul Cross had earlier let us know what to expect in the coming weeks via twitter, so it should come as no surprise that Rocksmith announced that this week would reveal some up and coming acts.

This could also be interpreted to some snarky individuals as “Paul’s MySpace friends,” or “Jenny O’s neighbours.”

Whatever, you know “Well OK Honey” is totally awesome.

Anyway… The first band up is Splashh, a 4 piece Psychedelic band hailing from Hackney, East London. Their Rocksmith 2014 debut will feature their song “All I Wanna Do”

Check it out!

Could you possibly predict the next indie song to be revealed? I doubt it… Are you excited at the addition of music in this genre in Rocksmith 2014? Let us know!

So, I know this is an old post. But I just needed to put this somewhere out on the internet — I like indie music. I’m a female newb guitar player (old skool gamer, though). I will play whatever they put out, but JESUS, I wish there were more indie tracks. Indie tracks from bands that I had heard of before would be especially nice. (Is that somehow ironic?)

Thanks for all the info about Rocksmith — it’s fun to watch you guys parse out what new DLC is coming down the pipeline. Keep up the good work.

I like Well OK Honey, just sayin’. Not sure it’s that good to play but it sure is good to listen to.

Spaz

That lead singer is so hot. I bet she could suck a golf ball through a hose pipe.

Mike

That’s a guy.

James

Just sayin…

Dr. Philgood

She actually looks kind of like John Lennon…

What’s with the Canadian looking guy holding groceries and beer?

Elemenohpe

They’re trying to make a funny.

Like, only hipsters would KNOW this band before rocksmith.
